The cross-walk code is 00920 unless done by an inguinal approach. If using the inguinal approach, then you would use 00800. I am an anesthesia coder so you can feel comfortable with this answer. For the lower leg: I would go with 01520, if for the upper part of the leg: I would go with 01260, if the knee area: I would go with 01430
